Pylon. Getting in the door

Three intake channels, one outcome.

A person replies, not an autoresponder.

Onboarding without the third attempt

KYC and KYB end to end, including the UBO chain, with case handling for the complex ones. Assisted is a permanent channel in its own right, not a fallback for when digital fails.

The situation today

Intake is built once, for the customer who self-serves on a good connection with a clean document set. Everyone else, the complex company, the branch-served client, the customer another part of the business already knows, falls out of the journey and into somebody's inbox.

What Pylon does about it

Pylon treats all three as first-class channels. Digital, assisted and delegated intake produce the same evidenced outcome, for individuals and for legal entities, so the difficult cases stop being exceptions handled by hand.

Runs alone as

A full onboarding layer for one entity: journeys, document capture, KYC/KYB workflow and case handling, measured on completion time and drop-off.

Getting in the door, in four parts.

  1. Digital self-service

The customer completes intake themselves, on their own device, with document capture and liveness where the risk tier calls for it.

  2. Assisted

A branch or relationship team member drives the same journey with the customer present. Built for complex KYB and for clients who will never self-serve, a permanent channel, fully evidenced.

  3. Delegated

Intake arrives from a source system you already trust, so a customer that another part of the business has already collected does not start from an empty form.

  4. Legal entities and the UBO chain

Companies are handled end to end: structure, officers, ownership, and the beneficial-owner chain, with case handling where the structure needs a human decision.

What changes once it is running.

  • Fewer abandoned journeys

The customer who cannot finish alone is handed to an assisted channel inside the same case, not returned to the start.

  • Complex KYB out of email

Ownership structures, officers and beneficial owners are captured as case data with a decision trail.

  • Credit for work already done

Delegated intake accepts what a trusted source system already holds, so the customer is not re-asked.

  • Numbers you can act on

Completion time and drop-off are measured per channel and per journey step from day one.

Phase one, one number

Completion time · drop-off rate

Phase one is measured on how long intake takes and how many people abandon it.

Stronger with Metron. Metron turns Pylon's completed checks into a grade another entity can consume.

Four weeks. One number for Pylon.

We map Pylon against two entities in your group and quantify phase one, completion time and drop-off rate, with no integration required to produce the number.
