Agora. Onboarded once, verified everywhere

Grants, agreements and transmissions between institutions, starting with your own subsidiaries.

A person replies, not an autoresponder.

Paying twice for the same customer

Participation is modular: issuer-only and you are paid, receiver-only and pre-verified customers arrive, or full federation. Every transmission carries the evidence that reliance under MLRs regulation 39 requires.

The situation today

A customer verified thoroughly by one entity walks into a sister entity and is verified again, at full cost, to the same standard. The group pays for identical diligence several times over, and the customer experiences the group as strangers who have never met.

What Agora does about it

Agora lets a second entity consume the verified state instead of rebuilding it, under grants and agreements, inside the scope the customer consented to. It starts with your own subsidiaries, zero external exposure, and every transmission carries the evidence reliance under MLRs regulation 39 requires.

Runs alone as

Intra-group reuse: a second entity consumes the verified state instead of rebuilding it. Zero external exposure, and a measurable CDD saving.

Onboarded once, verified everywhere, in four parts.

  1. Start inside the group

The first counterparty is your own subsidiary. Zero external exposure, and a CDD saving you can put a number on before anyone discusses federation.

  2. Issuer, receiver, or both

Issuer-only: others rely on your diligence and you are paid for it. Receiver-only: customers arrive pre-verified. Full federation: both directions.

  3. Reliance-ready evidence

Each transmission carries what reliance under MLRs regulation 39 requires, so the receiving institution's file is defensible.

  4. Consent-gated by design

A transmission only happens inside the scope the customer consented to, and the customer can end it in one action.

What changes once it is running.

  • A saving you can count

Duplicated CDD cost is measurable per entity pair before anyone discusses external federation.

  • Modular participation

Issue and be paid, receive and save, or both. The mode is a commercial decision, not an architectural one.

  • Reliance that survives review

Each transmission carries what the receiving institution's file needs to be defensible.

  • Consent-gated throughout

Reuse happens only inside the scope the customer agreed to, and the customer can end it in one action.

Phase one, one number

Duplicated CDD cost removed

Inside a group this is a transfer-pricing line; in federation it is revenue.

Four weeks. One number for Agora.

We map Agora against two entities in your group and quantify phase one, duplicated CDD cost removed, with no integration required to produce the number.
